An Old Charleston Style Reception and a New Charleston Dinner at Lowndes Grove Plantation

It is no secret that Lowndes Grove is one of our favorite venues for special events – whether they be for social clients or corporate clients.  As a event production and design company, we have to think about not only how the event will fit the needs of the client, but also how far the venue is away from the hotel and how comfortable the clients will be during the drive.

For our local corporate events, we often have guests drive.  That too can create a dilemma.  That is, if you do not have the BEST valets around!

This corporate client produces a space age product and wanted to show Charleston and its’ history respect.  Hence, we had a traditional reception and a modern dinner.

JMC Charleston’s destination management division kicked in, supplying the venue with only a month’s notice.  Our event production and design teams devised the plan of attack which was epic!
