New Changes to Existing Events

As we move forward with events, we will continue to evaluate, suggest, and implement changes for guest safety and comfort. Here are some of the ways:

• Touch-free hand sanitizer stations at venue entrance, restrooms, and bars
• Masks offered at registration to all guests
• Spacious seating during lectures and meetings
• Offer live stream of the lecture to guests who cannot attend in person
• Hors d’oeuvre displays converted into chef attended action stations where items are portioned by a chef with a mask
• Pre-packaged, locally made, and branded desserts for guests to take with them, offering a sense of safety and a nibble on the way home
