Dear Mr. Crosby:

     Our 11th annual President’s Award Conference was held last week in Charleston, and I must tell you what a wonderful job your staff did to assist us in making this truly a wonderful and successful event. Our 360+ guest arrived for the most part on Sunday May 23rd and departed on Thursday and the 27th. During our four night stay, our guests were treated to superb service, wonderful and fun events (such as Boone Hall, a dine-around, the Riviera Theatre, and an on-site banquet), and impeccable treatment, service staff gave us nothing but the best service. I’ve been working on this event for all 11 of its annual conferences, and I can honestly say I have never worked with any better people.

     My special thanks and appreciation go out to you for your extremely hard work and for being fantastic to work with. I truly enjoyed working with you, and I know that you went the extra mile for me and our guests at every turn. And, since this was our first year putting this outing together without an outside incentive travel house, I can tell you this made my job as easy as possible, and certainly made me look good! I cannot thank you enough for that. Now that our company is part of the Liberty Mutual family, I can assure you that you and staff will receive my highest recommendation, should the larger corporation ever ask for my suggestions and opinion on other travel arrangements.
